look up to the sky, you'll never find rainbows if you're looking down.
Okay, I have been seriously neglecting my Tumblr account. Seriously.I was sooo soo busy with my faculty meetings and exams and then the summer holidays… Anyways —
Something about this picture. This is Lubenice beach on island Lošinj (I believe this is the most amazing beach I have ever seen and I think it is also one of the top beaches in Europe? — I think).
So here is the funny story behind this picture. I am not really fond of walking, but my honey bunny somehow convinced me to go see this place — all the way down there. On foot. I thought okay, it must be worth it. However, after an hour and a half of walking somewhere, we met a couple who told us that we are headed in the wrong direction. Naturally, I lost my temper and yelled and screamed and kicked, but nobody heard or saw me because we were in a God forsaken place. All we could do was turn around and go back. Then we kindly asked a local guy, who headed us down there, what’s the deal with this place and if he has ever been to the beach. He said yes, but he didn’t really know the way down because he always visits it by a boat.
What can I say — it was too good to be true. However, one day, when I’m old and rich with all the time in the world, I will buy myself a big boat and sail to the Lubenice beach and laugh at y’all! Ahoy!

He knew what he was saying.
And it was true back in his days and it is still true today.
